Welcome to our 4* Cocooning apartment located in Villa Prat Bras, opposite Laïta beach in Le Pouldu. On the ground floor of a characterful seaside house, it offers direct access to the garden and a stunning view from the beach to the island of Groix. Enjoy the peace, the ever-changing landscapes with the tides, and walks on the famous GR34 trail, which passes right by the house and leads to the picturesque port of Doëlan.



We will be delighted to welcome you all year round and share our local recommendations: restaurants, walks, and activities. Free parking and high-speed Wi-Fi are included.

All household linen is provided: sheets, towels, and tea towels. Cleaning is done with care. We live on site and are often available to welcome you and advise you on the best addresses and activities. Arrival from 3 p.m., departure at 10 a.m. (flexible times whenever possible). Storage space for your sports equipment (bikes, surfboards, etc.) can be provided.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
