Close to the town and its shops, come and enjoy the Pouldu and its coast (beaches, port).
House of 140m² on 1000m² of wooded land, near the coast and its coastal paths and the large national forest of Carnoët.
Not far from Guidel, Lorient, Quimper, Pont-Aven, Concarneau ... Also close to the islands (Les Glénans, Groix, ...)
Available: fully equipped open kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, plates, cutlery, gas hob, pots, ...), small mezzanine area with desk, large lounge area with TV, DVD player, 3 double bedrooms (including 1 queen size with adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower + 2 sinks), 1 bathroom with bathtub + 1 sink, 2 separate WCs, WIFI, washing machine + dryer, parking, garden furniture and small cocooning area with a lounge / deckchair and stretched canvas, barbecue, swing, trampoline in the garden for children.
Provision on request and free of charge a baby bed, high chair, table and iron.
Bed linen provided
Rental only from Saturday to Saturday (1 week minimum)
Arrival 3 p.m. - Departure 10 a.m.
Cleaning at the expense of the tenant or subscription cleaning package of 70 €

Excellent séjour

La maison d’une très grande propreté est très bien située. Elle est très fonctionnelle avec de grands espaces à vivre (cuisine, table à dîner, séjour). Équipements dans le jardin pour les enfants et salon détente pour les adultes. Idéalement située 7mn à pieds de la plage, commerces de proximité en voiture. Bien localisée pour visiter des jolies villes telles que Pont-Aven, Concarneau.. La communication avec Émilie la propriétaire s’est très bien passée. D’une grande gentillesse et disponible pour donner des renseignements sur la région. Je recommande fortement

Bien située, proche de la plage, dans une rue tranquille, des ballades, de la plage, du tourisme. Tout l'environnement est pratique. Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Simplicité, bienveillance et gentillesse.
