Charming cottage on Lake Wylie waterfront. Beautiful shaded beach and brand new dock - enjoy a covered deck on the water or pull up a lounge chair onto the sunny dock area. Multiple access points to take a swim in the lake, relax on a float in the water, or take one of the paddleboards out. For nights, enjoy the screened in porch or have a bonfire at the lakeside fire pit. A perfect getaway!
The space
- Enjoy 2 bedrooms with queen-size mattresses each and a bunkbed with a twin, full, and twin trundle pull-out. Equipped with all your clean linens for your stay.

- The beautifully decorated living room has an amazing view of the lake and has a stereo sound and smart tv.

- The kitchen is basic stocked and has all your cooking needs including an outdoor Blackstone culinary grill.

- We provide K cups and Keurig coffee maker, pots and pans, silverware, and glassware, and basic cooking needs for the grill.

- Picture yourself relaxing overlooking Lake Wylie from the deck of a beautifully renovated Cottage. Plenty of swimming areas, a place to launch and tie up your boat, jet skis, or kayaks. Entertainment for the kids, young and old.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out is promptly at 10:00am. Please strip any used beds, gather used towels and place them on the floor in the kitchen. All trash should be bagged and placed in the green bin behind the house,
Please ensure the lily-pad, life jackets, kayaks and paddle boards are returned and secured to the storage area.
Please return all chairs and cushions to the location that you found them. Set the thermostat to 79 during the summer months and 65 in the cooler months upon departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Lovely spot on lake Wylie

We were looking for a simple cabin on the lake, where we could dock a rented boat and enjoy lake life for a few days. This was it! Large grassy area, private beach, big dock to hang out on or jump off of, and a perfectly quiet spot on a finger of Lake Wylie. I'm our attempts to do something unique or special in all 50 states before our girls graduate high school, this South Carolina Beach House brought us to 49. WOOHOO!!!If we're ever in the area again we would choose this spot!
