Confirmation but no room. Hotels.com is a sham !!!

My issue is with Hotels.com. Although I received a confirmation from Hotels.com the hotel told me they haven’t dealt with Hotels.com (Expedia) in over a year when the hotel was taken over by new management. I was left at 7:30pm at night with no accommodation at the busiest time of the Cluj calendar where 120,000 people descend on Cluj for the Untold Festival. I would never use Hotels.com ever again and suggest anybody thinking of using them look elsewhere !!!
