Recently built in 2019, walk into the new smell of pine construction with modern amenities like central heating and air conditioning. Enjoy an evening in with cocktails in the hot tub or a night out at the casino close by. The cabin is located in the Finger Lakes region with many wineries and breweries near by.
The space
ADA/Wheelchair accessible. The cabin is at a dead end road during the winter months a 4x4 vehicle is recommended. Expect to find a fully outfitted cabin with everything you need for a fantastic getaway. This is a perfect space to disconnect while still having wifi access and being close enough to towns for shopping, restaurants, and everyday conveniences. The 73 acres are yours to walk and explore. Play in the creek and enjoy nature.
Guest access
You’ll have entire access to the house and 73 acres. You will not have access to the metal and wood barn on the property.
Other things to note
If you are bringing a pet you must add it to your reservation and disclose it to me prior to check in. Verizon cell service is spotty, while AT&T customers have strong signal. The dead end road is a dirt road but can still be accessible with a car. There are two security cameras on the property. Once over the parking area and one on the back door. *No glass in the hot tub
*Only registered guests allowed on the property. Maximum 15. Any unregistered guests will be charged $150/pp
*No smoking of any kind in the house
*Always close and lock the house up when unoccupied
*No glitter or confetti

As a guest of this cabin, you'll find a hot tub, barbecue grills, and an arcade/game room. The front desk is open around the clock.
