To our beautiful, modern resort-style home with a massive 3000 square footage and a walking distance to the Polo Grounds where events such as Coachella Fest, Stagecoach, Desert Trip, and many more perform. Short distance to Coachella Valley activities such as Indian Wells Tennis Garden. As our guests, you have exclusive access to this amazing 6 bedroom / 3 bath 2-story house, backyard, and saltwater pool & spa. This house is equipped with a Soft water filtration system.

    Security/Safety: Exterior may be monitored/recorded for security, Safety and/or
    Insurance purposes.
    Cameras disclosures: These cameras are all located on the exterior of the house only,
    not in private areas. Detailed camera’s location transparently provided. There are 3
    outside security cameras on the territory. Cam #1: Located above the front door facing
    the driveway. Cam #2: Located under an awning patio overlooking the west side of the
    pool and spa. Cam #3: Located on the fence overlooking the east side of the pool. The
    cameras are motion activated
    Tampering with cameras will result in a full security deposit loss & eviction

    Golf Getaway

    Highly recommend this beautiful home for a golf getaway or reunion with your friends and clients. Plenty of room for a large group indoors and out, lots of amenities for fun at night after golfing, including a large open space kitchen and outdoor grill. Really enjoyed lounging by the pool in multiple seating areas and the large spa/hot tub for relaxing.Had a couple of great nights of sleep because it’s so comfortable. And the bathrooms were luxurious and spotlessly clean.

    Excellent vacation rental house

    Great house! The Host was incredibly responsive and took great care of our needs, both expected and unexpected. The pictures do the property full justice, and it had full amenities for a group of adult friends traveling for a concert at Coachella. One note - don't try to walk to an event at Coachella if that is your reason for visiting. Really a great house that will match and exceed your exptectation.

    Great house for exploring the Coachella Valley

    We stayed here with two other families, and it was a perfect base for seeing the whole area — easy to get to Joshua Tree and the Salton Sea, close to Palm Springs, plenty of room for all of us to relax at the house.
