7 bedrooms 6 equipped with king beds, 1 with 2 queen beds
3 full bathrooms fully stocked with towels and toiletries.
TV in every bedroom, as well as an Alexa to play music, set an alarm, etc
High speed internet throughout the home
Dedicated work place (inside Bedroom 1)
Two twin air mattresses (and bedding) are available as needed

*Please note that this property is located in the desert. We have a professional pest control service that services the home regularly. However, the open setting of the home may allow desert critters or flying bugs to be present at the property and in the pool. Please understand that this is the nature of the region, and is out of our control. If you encounter any of our desert dwellers during your stay, please reach out and we will try our best to remedy the situation.

While our home is cleaned regularly before and after each guest, this desert region is know for natural dust storms and strong winds from time to time. These winds may carry sand that may collect in the yard, and pool overnight

Bluetooth speakers for playing your music (please be considerate of neighbors, No music after 9pm!)

POOL & SPA:
Daily charge of $75 for pool heating per night. If you want the pool heated, please let us know ahead of your arrival. (No partial stay pool heating). Spa heating is included in your stay.

GAMES/ENTERTAINMENT:
This home features a fun garage gameroom featuring a foosball table, an arcade machine (Mortal Kombat)

Board games in the living room.
YouTube TV included, or cast to any TV from your phone
