The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Take the trash to the disposal bin outside the property. Strip the beds of all linens and sheets. You can just leave them on the floor. Leave all used towels on the bathroom floor.
Switch off all lights Pack any dirty dishes in the dishwasher Switch off the A/C and thermostat Check each room to ensure you have not left any personal items behind
Once you’re ready to depart, please.. Switch off the A/C and thermostat Make sure that the refrigerator and freezer have been cleared of all food Check that all windows are closed Lock the front door

If you heat the pool, there will be a $100 a day charge.
Spa is free to heat. Please turn off when not in use. If left on all day, there will be a $75/day charge.
DO NOT touch pool pumps, filters, heaters or other equipment. Contact host for assistance.

Great Experience!

Our group loved the house - well located, clean, lots of great details - obvious that the owner puts lot of effort into making sure guest have a great and relaxing experience. Would definitely stay there again!!!
