Mostly great, but needs a deep cleaning.

Overall we had an excellent time and the design/layout of the house and pool area was perfect for our large group. But, there are a few things worth mentioning. While the inside of the house was clean, the rugs throughout were stained and filthy looking even if they were vacuumed. The white fabric on the couches were worn and stained. When we booked the property there was a room with two twin beds, that was changed before we arrived to a queen bed and it affected our sleeping arrangements. The pool area was gross. The back sliding door had a broken handle and the screen was removed and against the house with bird droppings all over it. The patio furniture was grimy and worn, and there was dried up food around the grill, on the ground and on the recliners. I wrote the property manager about this when we arrived and they never responded. The photos in the listing were obviously taken when this place was new and shiny. A deep cleaning and repairs would make this listing live up to its promise.
