The bathroom floor had a sticky substance that got on the bottom of my shoes. I had to scrub them to get them clean. The pigeons on the roof started at 5:00am. The breakfast was terrible. I will never stay there again.

Jose was friendly, fast and efficient at check-in. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast had a variety of food to choose from and made for a great start to the day. Coalinga is a great halfway point to stop at when driving from north to south California. I felt refreshed and ready to drive the next day.

In the parking lot we saw some cats coming from no where. On the way walking to our room, there was unpleasant smell in the air. The room was clean with vanilla scents, but later after a while, in some certain corner there was that unpleasant smell again in the room. I wonder if the wild cats were let in the room before somehow?? Because of that smell starting from parking lot to inside the room, I did not feel settled and did not have a good stay.
