Newly built modern home on a large private property that is quiet and secluded with pool, BBQ, AC, Wi-Fi.

You'll love bird watching and making friends with the monkeys that live in the trees right behind the property.

The house is 5-10 minutes from domestic airport, several beaches and local town for groceries and shopping. Santa Teresa is just 20-30 minutes away where everyone goes to surf.

1. Guest Check-In Form: All guests over the age of 18 are required to fill out a check-in form with their ID, name, and phone number details.

No Parties or Events: Unless pre-approved by the host.
