Excellent location but the communication from the hotel wasn’t good. I messaged the hotel the morning of my arrival after not receiving a key code (the place is unmanned). I arrived at the property and still had not received any instruction to gain access. Then I had to make a very expensive phone call to the people that run the property and was told “oh you should never book with Expedia as we can’t contact you there.” Not very helpful. However, after paying a fortune to speak to someone the lady cleaning the rooms came and let me in. Apart from the bad start, all else was good. The location is amazing and the room spacious and very comfortable and clean.

Alles klappt bei mir effektiv. Erinnerungen an ein schönes altes Berliner Etagenhotel wurden wach. Zentral, einfach und nett mit Bäckercafé im EG. Kein Aufzug.
