The front porch, just off the bedroom, is a quiet, tucked-away spot perfect for slow mornings or an afternoon reset.
The back porch opens up to water views and is set up for gathering, featuring a bar area and dining table. It is ideal for shared meals, evening drinks, and long conversations as the sun sets.

Located just moments from the water, the property gives you that close-to-the-coast feeling without sacrificing comfort or privacy.
This is a quiet, respected neighborhood. Guests are welcome to enjoy the property fully. Quiet hours begin at 11PM. This property is not suitable for parties or events. No pets permitted.
