It was nice that the parking space was big enough for our closed in trailer. Room was right infront of parking. Disliked that the "Neighbours" were loud very early in the morning. But overall i recommend it.

Excellent price and right next to teh trail with lots of room for trailer parking. The TV also had a great selection of sports channels.
