1 block to the beach and close to everything. Our 4BR/2BA house has a fully fenced backyard with sunshine, shade and a 5 person hot tub.

Our home has 3 king beds and one queen bed. There are 2 spacious living areas each with 55 inch Roku TVs and large sectionals with queen pullout beds.

The house can be split into two separate 2BR/1BA units by closing a hallway door. Each side has a separate kitchen.

We’re fully stocked with everything you need to vacation in sunny Cocoa Beach.
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Cocoa Beach. Enjoy features like a gym, a hot tub, and laundry facilities. A kitchen and 2 bathrooms are available in the vacation home.

Lots of room!

Very roomy for all to spread out and relax after going to beach and area attractions! House was simple but clean and comfy..!! Had a great stay!
