This unit is right on the beach in Cocoa Beach. Simply walk out the sliding glass doors and you are on the ocean. This is a 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo. (Sleeps up to 4 ) (plus 1 or 2 on the non pullout couches) It is located about a half mile south of Ron Jon's Surf Shop and is across the street from a Publix grocery store shopping center. It is 10 minutes from Port Canaveral and 45 minutes from the Orlando airport and theme parks. You will love being right on the beach!

July 4th Beach Blast

Loved being on the bottom floor and being able to walk out the sliding door to access the beach quickly. The condo was furnished well. We rented 3 bottom floor condos side. Worked out well for our Family.

Amazing stay!

We had an amazing stay. Very close to the beach. I loved sitting on the porch in the morning and listening to the waves. Allan was very responsive which was much appreciated. We will definitely be staying here again

Stayed here over a nice weekend in December. Weather was a perfect 75 degrees every day. Best part is we saw a night launch from the space center and the condo was a perfect location to see it. Overall great location close everything we needed for a relaxing few days

Quick weekend getaway

Quick Beach Stop

The condo was very clean and organized when we arrived. and the directions were easy for entering. The location was great and not busy. The condo complex looks worn down, but the inside of Allan's condo was perfect! We are beach people so we did not use the swimming pool or the laundry room or the picnic area but we loved the beach. You cannot see the beach from the ground floor condo because of the shrubbery, but that did not bother us for this quick stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Dream!

This is the second time my friend and I stayed at this property. We came the same time last year and it is still as wonderful. We were right on the beach steps away. The house is beautiful. The beds are comfortable. The accommodations are perfect. We stayed for three nights, and we wish we could’ve stayed. Thank you for the great communication and beautiful home. We could not have asked for anything better.

The condo was exactly as advertised. You can’t beat the location, it’s right on the water in a nice quiet little vacation community. The host Allan was quick to respond whenever messaged. Overall, amazing vacation away from the cold.

We picked a bad-weather weekend

It was not the owner’s fault that we picked a rainy, chilly weekend to go to Cocoa Beach. But I was disappointed that, when the sun did come out, there was no place to enjoy it. The yard off of the living room was in constant shade.

Home away from home

We love this place. It's right on the beach in a perfect spot. Great wake boarding, skim boarding, beginner surfing, all kids of crabs and critters to watch for the kids. Great views of rocket launches too. All in all, it's just as advertised, the host is responsive and helpful. It's a great place!

Condo dirty A/C problems and tub drain clogged

Location is a 10 out of 10. However, entered condo a/c would not go lower than 77. Handyman did not come until next day. We had to follow up with owner to find out when he was coming. First time to use the tub it would not drain. Call owner again. Did not hear back from him until the next day when we again had to follow up. Handyman can could not get drain to flow. We checked out without the tub drain working. Nothing like waiting on maintenance to come the entire vacation.

Perfection

This condo is perfect. Everything you could want is right there. We were steps from the beach, beautiful accommodations, beautiful sunrise every morning. The host was ready and willing to answer every question I had. I wish we could have stayed longer. It truly is paradise. Thank you so much for a wonderful time and a beautiful home.
