*Check out time is 11AM/Check in 4PM
*Due to condo association rules, there is no overnight parking of: Motorcycles/Boats/Trailers/Motorhomes/RVs/Commercial Vehicles/Golf Carts
*1 parking pass will be provided. There will be a $25 replacement fee if the pass is lost, broken, or not left after check out. If you require a second pass, you can purchase one from the condo association for $25.
*Two blue beach, pool, and tennis court area keys will be provided. If one or both are lost or broken, there will a $100 replacement fee per key.
*This is a beach front condo complex. Our condo unit is not directly on the ocean but the complex is and you are just a short walk through the complex to our private beach.
*This is a first floor unit.
