Perfect location, neighborhood felt safe. Easy walking distance to the beach and the banana River, small old town neighborhood feel, best of Cocoa Beach glamor! My favorite perk was Merc the visiting neighborhood cat. If you're allergic to cats and be aware he will walk right in and make himself at home I think my favorite part was definitely the porch and the backyard!! We definitely need use of the awesome beach towel blankets and boogie boards provided, the linen closet was fabulously well stocked with soft plushie towels. Having a washer and dryer on site was so convenient!!

Cute little duplex

It was cozy in a quiet neighborhood. Just blocks from public access to the beach and close to everything needed. House was clean and comfortable.
