Located in historic downtown Cocoa Beach just a few blocks from restaurants, shops, and the beach, this home is equipped for a great getaway experience. Take a break in the brand new backyard oasis featuring a heated salt water pool, tiki hut with dining and outdoor living room areas, pool lounge chairs, and weber grill. There's plenty of room and seating to dine, lounge, and relax in the privacy of the fully fenced in backyard.

Everything you need to enjoy the beach is provided (towels, chairs, umbrella, toys, cooler, body boards, beach wagon). The air conditioned garage game room includes air hockey, ping pong, Tempest (plus a lot of other) arcade games, giant connect 4 game, 55" Roku TV, tables, and chairs.

Security cameras are located at the front door exterior and overlooking the driveway. The property may be equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. This sensor is 100% privacy compliant since it only measures noise level and doesn't record any sounds. A rental agreement and security deposit hold are required.
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Cocoa Beach Public Library. Enjoy features like a water park, laundry facilities, and an arcade/game room. The vacation home offers free WiFi and a private pool.

Beautiful home & great location!

This home is gorgeous and the backyard is beautifully landscaped with an incredible pool. Every morning we went to the beach & basically had it to ourselves! We spent the afternoons in the pool relaxing or exploring all the area has to offer. We had great weather & there’s a lot to do nearby. The host even sends a reminder for rocket launches. This is the best stocked VRBO we have been to yet. Teresa really makes sure her guests feel at home and comfortable! It was Halloween our first night & we took our 5 year old trick or treating! This neighborhood is wonderful & safe with awesome neighbors. We would absolutely stay again!

Tropical Paradise

Amazing property! Beautiful well stocked home! The backyard with pool and tiki hut was like a tropical paradise! The garage is an awesome little game room to take a break and get away from the heat. My husband and I stayed at this home with our daughter, son in law and 3 granddaughters ages 4,3, and 1. We had the perfect vacation. Close to beach, Disney, many great restaurants, miniature golf and dolphin cruises. We seen rocket launches from the beach and driveway! I can't say enough great things about this home! The owner thought of everything!

Just got home from a short, but great stay. This house is super convenient to everything in the area, but in a quiet neighborhood. The pool is fantastic and hard to want to leave many days. The house was spotless and has that cool old Florida vibe.

We really enjoyed our stay, and Teresa was very communicative and helpful throughout our time there. The wifi worked great for us as several of us were working, and the game room was a fun bonus. We only wish the weather was better so we could have enjoyed the pool!

Cocoa Beach Family Reunion

I was very pleased with our stay. Everything we could possibly need was available at our fingertips. The kids spent most of the time we were at the house in the play room which was a lot of fun for all. It was a short drive to the beach and local restaurants which allowed for more time to make memories! The backyard was currently under construction, but if I make it back down to Cocoa I would love to stay there again to be able to enjoy the pool and tiki hut areas as well. I travel a lot with kids so it was wonderful to have everything we could possibly need for them in one place. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this rental!

Perfect spot for a family vacation to the beach!

Overall we had a great experience at this property! The host thought of everything we could need as travelers from the toiletries to the cooling essentials. Fantastic property, close to everything, and INCREDIBLY well stocked

We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay here. It is a short walk to the beach and close to grocery, restaurants and shops. Quiet residential neighborhood. We stay at lots of vrbo properties and this was BY FAR the best equipped/stocked house. We lacked for nothing. The owners have thoughtfully labeled the kitchen with everything that one would ever need. The garage had enough beach chairs and toys for a huge family. We hope to come back for a longer stay.
