This hotel is convenient for a one-night stay and is very close to the port. However, the property is in need of major upgrades. Our bathtub was peeling and the ottoman had stains on it. Thankfully, we had shower shoes—otherwise we wouldn’t have felt comfortable showering before our cruise. That said, the staff was very friendly, and the room overall was clean. With some renovations and updated fixtures, this place could be a much better stay.

TODO BIEN! CLEAN & COZY, QUIET, OWNERS GOOD PEOPLE. Close to everything I needed. 2 Blocks from Beach or less, 1 or less to the Banana River, right behind, gorgeous Sunsets and Sunrise. Some Very Good Restaurants in walking distance. Pool. On Trolley Transportation.

avoid at allllllllllllllllllllllllllll costs. we tried to book the room for another night and the hotel owners said it was 124 a night PLUS a 100 deposit. We booked a TWO ROOM SUITE across the street at the Cocoa Beach Suites for 100 per night and watched the liftoff from our room. Econo Lodge is a DUMP !
