I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about this beautiful oceanfront condo! It is, without a doubt, the cleanest beach rental we’ve ever stayed in—and easily the best stocked as well. The kitchen has absolutely everything you could think of needing, and they even provide beach items, which was such a thoughtful touch.The ocean view is even more stunning than the pictures capture. The balcony is incredibly spacious and the perfect spot to sit, relax, and soak it all in.This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of five. We loved that the kids’ room had both bunk beds and a queen bed, so each of our children had their own space. It’s also just a very short walk to the beach, which made a huge difference with three young children and their little legs!Zareh and the team at Happy Palms were incredibly responsive and seemed to anticipate our every need. We felt so well taken care of from start to finish.We truly can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

The condo is pretty close to Cape Canaveral terminals, which have a lot of great restaurants around them. Cruise ships were great to see at night as they left in the dark and you can see them all lit up from the balcony. Cocoa pear is about 1 mile south and Cocoa Beach Area with the restaurants is slightly farther but every morning we had a beautiful view of the ocean so it wasn’t a big deal to get in the car and go wherever we needed to go. This condo has plenty of room for two couples or family of four. This was a third floor unit which I thought was fine because of the great views.

Wonderful! Such a cute little condo. Perfectly clean and had everything we needed. We didn’t have to bring beach chairs, towels, or an umbrella. Condo was on 5th floor, which description didn’t mention- great for privacy and view of beach! Very quiet also; we never heard any of our neighbors. Publix was literally across the street, making it quick and easy to pick up groceries. The only thing I wish it had was a Keurig coffee maker. It has a regular coffee maker, though. Don’t hesitate to book this condo. We has a perfect vacation. Five star all the way!!

Amazing Family Vacation

We had a fantastic stay at the Margaritaville Oceanfront Oasis in Cocoa Beach! Spent five relaxing days here with a quick day trip to Universal’s new Epic Universe park, and this condo was the perfect place to unwind.The unit had everything we needed—even with three grown boys! Fully stocked kitchen with all the cookware, utensils, and serving items. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a total lifesaver during our 9-day Florida trip.The location was ideal—close to the beach, pier, and plenty of restaurants. We also loved that the condo included beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and a cooler—something other nearby units didn’t have.The beach was beautiful and not overcrowded, with great shell hunting and easy access to rentals like surfboards (which we did, and loved!). The pool was a great bonus when we wanted a break from the sand.Communication with the property was excellent—friendly, responsive, and helpful with local suggestions. This was our first time in Cocoa Beach, and we’re already planning to come back. We’d absolutely stay in this exact unit again!

Perfect Family Stay

This was a great spot for a family stay. Zareh, the property manager, was amazing to work with. He checked in via email and text to make sure everything was going well. I especially loved the “insider tips” guide that was provided by him. Made it really easy to find good food and activities for the kids. The pool and beach access for easy and simple. It was great to have the beach necessities included with the rental. Our kids had a blast. Highly recommend staying here!

Very Nice Condo

Condo is in a very clean, well maintained older building. All units face south east giving view of Cocoa Beach Pier and ocean. This also allows for sun on the balcony most of the day in winter months. The condo has clearly been very recently updated with high end appliances, granite counters, ceramic floors, leather furniture, etc. Very nice and a great location. Very easy check in and out and excellent communication from hosts. The pool was very warm (I'd say about 85 degrees) on arrival but got cooler during the week. The pool is very large with an old fashioned deep end. Nice pool deck with limited chairs but never more than a dozen people there this time of year. . Beautiful beach and fun to watch the surfers at the pier. I highly recommend this condo.

Great time!!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Close to Pier, great beach access, wonderful heated pool, Publix very near by! Great view at night of cruise ships, fishing boats and watch 2 rocket launches!! Place was well equipped with what you would need for a week.
