Large 3/3 pet friendly house across the street from the beach.

Spacious 2100 sq ft 3 bedroom/3 bathroom house with a quiet relaxing beachy feel. We are proud of our 5 star reviews on our other booking site. Our house is a minute walk to the beach. Three full bedrooms with extra beds in the office and sitting areas.
Large outdoor deck to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon gatherings.
Fully equipped garage with boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, tent and beach toys.
Garage also has a ping pong table, cornhole and fusbal table for enjoyment. Frisbee golf available as well.
Plenty of stuff to do: surf/fish/kayak/paddleboard/beach sunrises/dolphins/beach bars/SpaceX launches/NASA/casino cruises/Ron Jon.
Also very work from home friendly, with many private workspace area if you need to catch up on emails or attend a Zoom meeting.
Only 8 guests maximum (extra charge of $25 per guest per stay if more than 6). No parties or large gatherings are allowed, NO extra people other than the guests booked via VRBO are allowed. NO more than 4 cars allowed to park at our property. Please respect our house rules and City of Cocoa Beach rules and regulations to avoid paying fines.

We loved this property! Quiet despite being in a busy street. Secluded and private outdoor living space and yard. The home was well equipped with all the necessities and beds were very comfortable! The house was spacious and very pet friendly. We had plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. The toy room was a pleasant surprise for my grandsons and they had a blast with all the beach supplies too! Just one cross of a street to public beach access which was dog friendly. Highly recommend this property. Great value and terrific location!

We loved this classic beach style home. The beds, sheets, towels, kitchenware were all outstanding. The deck with the lounge chairs and couch and outdoor table was our favorite area to hang out. Huge backyard with ping pong table, all the beach toys, boogie boards, umbrellas chairs one would need! Best of all was walking across the street to sublime Cocoa Beach. We walked it at sunrise daily and it was magical! Renata the owner was available if needed. Everything we needed was at our finger tips. A wonderful stay!!!

Relaxing Stay

Quiet beach house in easy walking distance to beach. Great for families with young kids and teens as well as adults. Good restaurants only several blocks away as well as shops etc…Lots of toys and games for kids as well as beach gear galore. Would love to return. Also good spot for watching rocket launches from the beach.
