Our door did not fully close. Did not feel super safe , would not leave anything of value in our room so had to take all with us - including to the beach including our laptops. Burn holes in bedding. Tiny ants on table.

The room door did not latch or lock. We had to put chairs and suitcases in front of the door to block it. hotel was full and they said they could not move us. Whatever they use to clean floors left black oil film on feet and socks. Told desk people and the housekeepers themselves.. they did nothing. I cleaned floors with towels and washcloths.soap and water..the white towels were black.. just Gross!

The stuff horror movies are made of!

It was absolutely the most disgusting hotel i have ever been in. It seriously need demolished. My husband & I were on our way to Key West & had to stop to get some rest....bad choice. The door did not shut properly, security bar on door was snapped off, cockroaches in room, no shampoo, rusted towel racks & door hinges, water soaked ceiling, smelled disgusting, linens & comforter were stained & stunked.We were adraid to sleep on linens so we took clothes out of our suitcase & semi laid on them. Curtain rod was broke & curtains were hanging down where people could see in...worst hotel ever!

Honestly the worst hotel I’ve been in in my 50 yrs. We don’t even shower. It smelled like an ashtray. While n I understand this is a “value” hotel for $200 I expected better.

Stay Away

They really need to do something about this property the outside of it really needs to update. There was bags of. stairway was very uneasy, my door to my room had an opening at the bottom that was directly outside so bugs or whatever could crawl run into my room, there were cockroaches. And I came into my room in the early evening and it smelt of marijuana from the guest next-door and this is supposed to be a smoke-free property. The staff was very nice though and very apologetic, but I would never stay at this location ever again and I don't recommend anybody does unless you absolutely have to.
