When I checked in they did not have my room type ready, they rebooked for a less expensive room. They charged me for the less expensive room and stated the original charge would get credited back. Still waiting for my refund.

Roach in shower, cup in fridge; therefore not clean. Door rusted and large gaps, making it noisy & feeling unsafe. I ended up not staying. Check in was delayed over an hour as rooms not ready. Staff friendly and accommodating. Close to beach, shops, restaurants, etc.

We would not stay here again.

First of all, they gave us the wrong room. We reserved a room with a kitchenette, and this room didn’t have one. The photos online do not match the room. After we complained, they refunded some of the money. The floors were wood laminate, and they were filthy. I took a wet washcloth and wiped the floor down completely. I rinsed it out and wiped the floor again and it was still filthy. The Wi-Fi didn’t work. Maybe in another part of the motel it works, but not in our room. They did hold our luggage for us because we arrived in the morning and check in time is 3 PM. They offered to give us a room earlier, for extra money. It is only about a block from the beach. We would not stay here again.
The washcloth after I wipe the floor the third time.
Compare this picture to the ones they show online.
They were able to find us more pillows.

For a Motel 6 it was clean and close to beach (our unit actually could see the ocean between two beach front properties but we didn’t keep our blinds open anyway). Towels were low quality but good enough.

The room appears to be clean at first but about 30 minutes after check in I had to kill a German roach, then we saw something under the table moving and it turned out to be a big roach , we went out to eat came back and killed another roach in the bathroom. So there was clearly a roach problem.

stay somewhere else, you do get what you pay for

i did call before we went down that we would be checking in late around 10 ish, they said no problem and would look for a first floor to make it easier. unfortunately due to our flight delay we had to check in really late. the room they gave us was on the second floor ok, then when we went up it was not cleaned the bed was unmade and clothes in the closet???? we went back to tell them and she did not speak english so had no idea what we were asking. she used her phone to translate which worked a bit. once she understood we needed another room they were going to charge us around $5 to change rooms!! what??? they gave us a dirty room. they asked if we wanted a refund huh? where were we supposed to sleep. they finally gave us another room which was ok but the floor was gross which made me rethink the overall cleanliness.
