Nice place

Nice little place. Great location. Perfect for our one night pit stop on the way to Disney. About the only thing missing is an on site washer/dryer for longer stays. Clean with nice extra touches like beach toys and games for our use. The only issue was that it wasn't ready for check in on time , and we had to wait about an hour to get in after a long drive. Would definitely use again for a short stay.

Perfect stay before cruise

A great place to stay before leaving for our cruise. Close to the beach and not far from the port. Kristi went above and beyond for us. She even has beach items for you to use. Definitely will stay here again.

This property is very cute and literally right across from the beach! Beds were comfy and very welcoming. The only thing I suggest is bring your own beach towels, none were provided. I would stay here again.

Great location for the beach

Loved the location and how the owner had beach chairs and an umbrella for borrowing. (The umbrella was a little compromised, but we made it work). Even though the location is on a main road, we we not bothered by the traffic. The only area that we thought could be improved is the bed. It would squeak if you moved. To solve this, my husband slept in the other room. Other than that, we were happy with the place.

Perfect Stop Over For Cruise

Very nice place with responsive owner. Nice location across from the beach and real close to the port we needed to be at for our cruise. Highly recommend. Would stay here again and probably will for the next cruise!

Cottage has basics but needs finishing touches.

Not a good first impression when approaching the mainly glass front door as the Venetian blind was badly damaged. Most of the window blinds also had damage so poor from an aesthetic and security perspective.One of the ceiling lights in the lounge not working, breakfast bar with surface damage, double bed very noisy, toe nail clipping found in one single bed, mattress cover on one of the single beds badly stained (only noticed this when stripping bed clothes off at end of stay to help the cleaner). No kettle, no corkscrew for wine bottle(had to buy one from ABC 10!), no wine glasses, only 3 cereal bowls, no mirrors in bedrooms.The back garden was in poor overall condition with a broken fence, beach chairs were rusty and other seating looked tired.The listing states ‘direct access to beach’ which suggests you are front line to the beach, whereas actually you have to cross a busy road and walk past front line properties to access the beach. A little misleading we believe.On the positive side the cottage had the basics and served its purpose with parking included. Communication with the owner was effective and booking through VRBO provides guarantees. We hope this factual feedback will help to improve future experiences for visitors.

Great location right by Cocoa beach, well equiped, tvs for the kids. Host was accommodating.

Small property in very nice location on cocoa beach (1-2 min walk), good food nearby and beach was excellent. Our cruise ship got in early and our host helped us out and was very nice/responsive. Shower needs a little love but not a dealbreaker for us and it did the job, we had a great time. 3 tvs so everyone in the family was able to watch what they wanted when we just wanted to relax. Would stay again for sure.

beach getaway

The check in was a little rocky to start, but it was remedied quickly and our vacation getaway was fabulous. The house is across the street from the beach access. There were beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler to take to the beach. Awesome amenities. Will definitely be back next year!
