This one is all about the location!

We were in town for the air show, and this conda was perfect. A stunning view of the ocean, sunrises, air show, etc. Huge wraparound balcony. We had a fabulous time. Some suggestions: The condo seems, lightly provisioned. Strictly speaking, the items in the kitchen were adequate. But there were things I just didn't think to bring, like a notepad and pen, paperclip, etc. It was also light on towels, so we kept the laundry running. A spare blanket or two would be helpful. And it could use more balcony furniture, there's only two seats. The paper telling you how to get into the cage in the garage was missing, and it being Friday 5pm, we couldn't get that info till Monday, when we really no longer needed it. The chairs, cooler, etc would have been nice. Also the ice maker wasn't working, and again, couldn't get hold of anyone. Though I did not call the emergency number, well, because it wasn't an emergency. But it was an inconvenience. We did figure out how to get it to work. (Press and hold two buttons for three seconds.) And the pool is pretty small. But those are all minor because as I stated, this condo is in an amazing location, and it was perfectly clean. All that said, I will definitely go back.

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo

Very nice and spacious condo that fit two families comfortable. Abundance of closet space to spread out suitcases. We discovered a communal beach toy bin in the garage when we were checking out. This would be good to list in the property description. Close walk to grocery stores, Ron Jon’s and restaurants. Beautiful view of the ocean. Nicely decorated. Internet is great for online meetings and streaming sports. No extra bedding for the futon. It would be good to increase the towels to accommodate 8 people rather than doing laundry daily. Same for dishes. Provide at least enough for your guest capacity. Each bathroom has only one roll of toilet paper. We had to buy garbage bags, laundry detergent, toilet paper and hand soap. Overall we had a wonderful time and will definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo with amazing ocean views

We had a great time at the condo. Very clean and spacious for 2 families to spread out. Amazing ocean views from the wrap around balcony. Very close to restaurants and shopping. The condo could use some more bath towels and kitchen utensils. Also some more pillows and blankets for the futon and hangers for the closets. Over all we had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Perfect location, incredible condo

We were in town for a Ron Jon Surf Shop event and this spot is right there in the heart of it. We were able to walk everywhere, most importantly to and from the beach. This condo could not have been in a better location and it was spacious and beautiful on the inside. Would highly recommend!
