Everything was great! Beach access was wonderful and beach chairs and supplies in the closet were so helpful. House was clean! No bugs! My family slept great. We loved the pier restaurant, and treats that we could walk and get right from the beach. Pool was clean. We felt safe and comfortable. Overall it was a great experience! Thank you!

Great for families with kids!

We had a wonderful stay in this unit! The bedrooms were huge and allowed for all of our kids to sleep in an actual bed (as opposed to some on a couch). The location and view were amazing, and the access to the beach was super convenient. The property owner communicated all the procedures clearly, and checkout was easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a great time celebrating our son’s 30th birthday in Cocoa Beach! Condo was the perfect size for 4 adults. Location is wonderful, walking distance to the pier and other restaurants. Tim was so easy to communicate with, very attentive! We would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Destination

We thoroughly enjoyed our Spring Break in Cocoa Beach. The condo was in a prime location in the complex - corner unit with pool and ocean views. Tim was a very communicative host prior to our arrival and ensuring everything was satisfactory after we settled in. I'd highly recommend this to my friends and family for future stays.
