This place has the perfect name for it, Serenity by the sea, and that is exactly what it was. After a very long day just trying to get there it made up for it as soon as we walked through the door. Very clean and tidy and the sounds of the ocean made it very very relaxing. Zareh at Happy Palm Stays was key in making sure our comfort and satisfaction was a priority. The location, accommodations and amenities made this a week to remember for my wife and myself. We will definitely be returning. Thank you.

My family and I had such a great time. The view from the balcony was amazing. We enjoyed watching the sunrise with our morning coffee while we listen to the waves crash. The property was perfect. We all felt right at home and very comfortable. They had everything we needed right there. Beach access was very close. It didn’t take us long to notice that this property had one of the shortest walks to the beach. We were even fortunate enough to watch a rocket launch right from the balcony. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Cocoa Beach.

Wonderful stay

The checkin process was very smooth and the property was absolutely wonderful. Much bigger than anticipated with stunning views of the ocean. The closets are massive with extra blankets and the laundry room had detergent, stain remover and dryer sheets. The kitchen had some spices and coffee filters. There was also multiple beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys, coolers, and ice packs which made everything so much easier. We travelled with my husband and i, and our two daughtes (under 10). Between the beach, pool, hot tub and all the extra space, it was so relaxing and fun. We had a fabulous time and will definitely be back in the future.

This is a beautiful condo. The kitchen countertops have been updated, it has a beautiful view looking straight at the ocean and it has a newer sectional couch that is very comfortable.There was a problem in the spare bedroom with some dirty carpet. The management company did send a cleaning person right after we called and they took care of the problem.

Overall the stay was great! Management also provided great support during hurricane Milton. However the condo could have been more throughly cleaned when we arrived (food and trash on floor). Additionally, we will likely avoid carpets in the future since the living area carpet was dirty/stained.

Perfect Stay in Beautiful Cocoa Beach

This property was exactly as described. We had everything we needed and more. We had plenty of towels, beach supplies, and kitchen supplies. The location was spectacular with a phenomenal view of the ocean. Everything was very clean - not a single stray hair from previous guests. The condo is filled with friendly guests/residents. There were games, puzzles, and books for the kids. The location is not busy but still in the middle of all of the fun. We highly recommend checking out Coconuts on the Beach which is walking distance from the condo!
