Stunning Newly Built Beach House - about 600ft walk to the beach.

Our beautiful brand new 2-story beach home was just built in March of 2022. It is located in an amazing quiet neighborhood. My best spot for this home is the back balcony, facing East, where you can have your peaceful sunbath in the morning. In the afternoon, enjoy your relaxing moment in the shade or take a short nap in the breezy air. At night it is even better, where everything below is quiet, and the only thing you can hear is the sound of the ocean.
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Cocoa Beach. Features include laundry facilities. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the vacation home.
