The Space:

When you reserve the full property at The Drift, you're getting exclusive access to a vibrant beachside retreat—just 700 feet from the shore! The layout includes 6 one-bedroom condos, 3 two-bedroom condos, and 1 studio—all thoughtfully designed with comfort, style, and flexibility in mind. Whether you’re traveling with extended family, hosting a retreat, or planning a special celebration, The Drift’s blend of private units and shared outdoor spaces makes group travel a breeze.



Every one-bedroom condo features a plush king bed, a cozy living area, a dining nook, and a convenient kitchenette. The two-bedroom condos include a king in the primary, two beds in the second room, full kitchens, and spacious living and dining areas for gathering. Our charming studio rounds things out with a king bed, a kitchenette, and plenty of sunlight. All units include fast WiFi and air conditioning for a perfectly chilled beach stay.

Full kitchens and kitchenettes are stocked with the essentials—ideal for everything from morning coffee to homemade dinners shared with the crew.



Beachside Perks:

Complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas, and carts are available (shared and first-come, first-served). Just grab and go—then stroll 2 minutes to the beach or walk 6 blocks to Cocoa Beach’s downtown hot spots.

Unit 6 is a long-term rental and is not included in the full property rental.



Guest Access:

Each unit at The Drift has an electronic keypad and separate entrance, and you will receive your code and instructions prior to check-in!

Experience the best of both worlds in our prime location. Just a quick 5 minute walk to the golden shores of Cocoa Beach, close to the heart of downtown. Indulge in mouthwatering delights at the fantastic local restaurants or catch a thrilling rocket launch nearby. For those seeking adventure, the area offers a plethora of attractions to explore.



Getting Around:

Although there is so much to walk to, Uber and Lyft are very prevalent in the area!



Scooter Rentals: Convenient rentals available nearby to explore Cocoa Beach with ease.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.



PLEASE NOTE:

-Mailbox access is not available for guests

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.
