This charming house is located right in the heart of the historic downtown Cody, Wyoming. The complete newly renovated interior of the house gives the 1930's historic build a fresh and clean, yet cozy feel. The house features an open floor plan from living room to dining room which connects to a very functional kitchen by an open breakfast bar. The living room area features a flat screen smartTV and the house is equipped with free WiFi connectivity. The house has 4 bedrooms each equipped with a queen side bed and an additional flat screen smartTV in the master bedroom. The private backyard and patio provides for a secluded gathering space for outdoor dining.

Your short walk through the historic neighborhood will take you to all of the amazing restaurants, boutique shops, The Irma Hotel, The Cody Theater and The Buffalo Bill Center of the West museum. Whether you are here for a family reunion or just a get away to explore the Yellowstone National Park, Cody is the place to be! With so many daily events, it is often hard to choose what to fill your time in City Park, The Cody Night Rodeo, golfing at Olive Glenn Golf Course visiting the Buffalo Bill Reservoir or fishing in other area lakes, taking in a scenic drive up the Chief Joseph Hwy leaves no chance for boredom.

Our lovely rental property is made available for visitors the entire year. It is located just 2 blocks from the Cody High School, so serves perfectly for a weekend stay during sporting events. We also look forward to having renters stay during the holiday season and decorate the house in a cozy vintage Christmas theme.

What a beautiful and immaculate home!We stayed here the last two days of our trip to Yellowstone and to visit the Heart Mountain Internment Center and Buffalo Bill Museum. The perfect place to end our travels. I would highly recommend it!

A great place, walking distance from downtown. It was the perfect location to explore all that Cody has to offer. Everything we needed during our stay was easily found in the house, extra towels, blankets, etc. The backyard space was a nice perk, especially with the weather being so nice during our stay.

We were amazed at how cute and clean this house was! It had everything we needed for our stay and plenty of space for seven of us (5 adults and 2 children over the age of 10)! The house was close to the downtown strip that we walked to most places! We would definitely stay here again!

Was the perfect place for our family of six adults and within walking distance to everything we did in Cody. The kitchen was had everything we needed, we cook!! Everyone had their own space and the beds were comfortable. The home was well kept and we could not have asked for more. Would highly recommend!!

Adorable, comfortable house!

There were four of us and the space was perfect for us, with the 4 bedrooms. The house is so cute! Everything you'd want in a rental was available and easy. The location is on a historical street and extremely close to downtown Cody, an easy walk. The backyard is pleasant to hang - privately enclosed and has a table. I definitely would stay here again if we're in the area!

Fantastic cozy Cody visit

We stayed here for several nights while visiting Yellowstone and N. Wyoming. Jamie's home was just as pictured and described. It was very clean (a top priority for me) and well-appointed. We were traveling with our 3 young adult children and had plenty of space. Beds were super comfortable (another top priority :-)) The kitchen had everything we needed including spices for cooking and coffee & filters. The location was great too...on a quiet street but within an easy walk to the restaurants and shops of downtown Cody. I'd highly recommend and would book again when I make it back to Wyoming.
