Room was clean and quiet. Had to park car across parking lot. I booked a bare bones double bed unit. No fridge or microwave but ice and microwave in front office. Lots of fast food restaurants nearby. Close to the hospital where I had an early morning appointment.

Room was not clean. The sheets had hair all over them. The front desk was not very kind when I asked for new sheets. They accused me of wanting them for a dog, which I have no pets. The new sheets were covered with pet hair. The pillows and bed were so uncomfortable.

Multiple reasons for the 1star . Bit not gonna go into detail because it’s motel 6 . Loll but the one star is gonna be the rating for this trip . My previous experience staying there was total opposite nothing to complain about. But this time … the lady at night awesome person love her the gentleman in the morning love him they’re are always VERY KIND. Now the old lazy asa manager. Who disrespected me and made a poor observation about my “attitude “ instead of over talking me and actually taking into consideration that I’m a PAYING customer who was not only incredibly inconvenienced at check in but also inconvenienced Again for the another issue the very next morning. due to their doors battery being dead and 4 trips back n forth IN THE RAIN WITH TWO DOGS IN A DIFFERENT BUILDING STCIND LEVEL ( dog has hip dysplasia and also stifle disease requiring surgery) stairs really are not an option . ) took an hour to get checked into a different room then not even what I pad for . No big deal I was tired cold n wet just wanted to be done with that ordeal . The next morning my key card doesn’t work AGAIN have to tote my two dogs back around to the office . And no need to go into detail on conversation. But I over paid for a room I didn’t get and asked for discount since I was extending my stay which ended w rude manager insisting i Won’tbe extending my stay and my my poor attitude because I disagreed with her. But also left it alone n turned around to leave to not have tht occur lolll

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I like that you can have your pets there even though i didnt bring mine with me but its nice to k ow that i can. The only thing i had trouble with was that i couldnt get conected to the wifi but the weather could've had something to do with that with it raining all weekend. I dont know but that would be my only complaint. Otherwise it was a good hotel and would stay there again.
