Discover the ultimate Northern Idaho retreat just moments from Coeur d'Alene Lake and Fernan Lake. Immerse yourself in a thoughtfully designed mid-century modern furnished master suite, where minimalist aesthetics meet natural beauty. A cozy queen-sized bed, vintage-inspired furniture, and a dedicated workspace harmonize with the serene surroundings.
This is attached to our home but there are no shared spaces. This is the perfect space for the active outdoor lovers to relax after a long day of exploring the beauty North Idaho offers.
We have a comprehensive welcome book in the space filled with great restaurant suggestions and information about the space. We recently put up a large metal fence to offer more privacy for the space. If the neighbor dog, Max, barks at you we will take care of it! He isn't on board with our welcome policy yet. We're working on it.
During your stay at this apartment building, you're just a quick walk from Coeur d'Alene Parkway State Park. Laundry facilities are available. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the apartment.

Lovely place near Fernan lake. the place was very comfortable and quite. They supply the house with any little things you could think of ever needing or left behind. So very attentive. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the place.

Beautiful, peaceful and serene

Could not possibly have loved our visit more. The location of this rental is perfect. Walking distance to cute little lake. Driving distance to Coeur d'Alene lake. Very nicely decorated. Comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen. The host was great. Love Dar stay. If we come back to Coe d'Alene, we will definitely be staying here.

Quiet flat near lake

The Lake Fernan flat is a perfect, quiet spot one block from Lake Fernan and a short walk from the main lake. It is beautifully and comfortably furnished, and within walking distance of a brewery and several restaurants. We had a quick stopover on our way to Washington and wish we had more time to explore using this as a base. Thanks for all your attention to detail Ruth!

The flat was beautiful, clean, and stocked up with everything we needed. The location is perfect, close to downtown CDA with tons of nature and walking areas around. Our host Ruth was accommodating and attentive. We look forward to returning and staying here again!
