They didn’t give us enough towels for the first day and refused to give us more. Then on the second day housekeeping took our old towels, without replacing them—leaving us with no towels. They also didn’t clean the room. They just came in and stole the limited towels we had. When I went to the front desk, there was no front desk person, except a virtual front desk person who couldn’t help us. He said someone would come and bring us towels and clean the room at 7pm. No one showed up. I had Expedia try to get us help and they couldn’t help us, either. I asked for a refund and the hotel refused and Expedia refused. Besides all that, there were drunk people outside our room in the parking lot, screaming all night and people up all night in the room above us—screaming and stomping. There were sirens all the time like it was the bad side of town. It felt unsafe. I’ll never stay there again or trust another Expedia reservation.
