The Space:

1. Check-In & Access:

Your access code for the smart keypad lock is the key to getting into your room. Simply enter the code provided before your arrival, and the door will unlock for a smooth, contactless check-in experience.



2. Wi-Fi:

We offer complimentary Wi-Fi for all our guests, so you can stay connected throughout your stay. The Wi-Fi network name and password are provided in your welcome email and also located in the room for your convenience.



3. The Bedroom:

Your cozy full-sized bed with crisp white linens is waiting for you! After a fun day exploring the local attractions, relax and enjoy a movie on the large flat-screen TV. Don’t hesitate to adjust the room’s lighting and settings to suit your perfect rest.

You'll be just 5 minutes from the beautiful Lake Coeur d'Alene and the Coeur d'Alene Resort, and only 5 minutes from the local golf course a short 7 minute drive to the Kootenai hospital. For more adventure, 30 minutes to Silverwood Theme Park, and 35 minutes to Silver Mountain for skiing and snowboarding. Plus, Triple Play, featuring a year-round indoor water park, is just 15 minutes away!



Getting Around:

Getting around The Flats is easy! You'll find free street parking and our dedicated lot readily available. For those arriving by air, Spokane International Airport (GEG) is approximately a 45-minute drive away. While public transportation options within Coeur d'Alene are limited, ride-sharing services are readily accessible. The Flats' central location in downtown Coeur d'Alene means many attractions, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance, allowing you to explore the city with ease.

Please note there are no laundry facilities in the building, but a laundromat is conveniently located just one block away.

Overall the space was perfect for what we needed, a place to crash one night in a cute little town. Pictures are true to the stay. One thing to note, it says there is free parking on property, while is true, there are only 6 spaces for 12 total rooms. It was easy to park on the street around the corner, but just something to note.

Unique and stylish. Simply a room with a bathroom, but updated features and comfortable. The bed is a bit undersized (full twin?), but mattress and bedding are nice. Parking is a bit challenging and you can hear your neighbors - but otherwise and overall a good stay.
