Shack 207 is a very special Esplanade property located on a 1200m2 block with generous lawn areas and stunning gardens. Shack 207 is a very special Esplanade property located on a 1200m2 block with generous lawn areas and stunning gardens.
The location is great - so close to the boat ramp and a short walk / drive to all town facilities.

At the entrance of the property are three bedrooms and a living space with television. A few steps down lead into a huge, well equipped kitchen / dining / lounge space which includes another large flat screen television. This inside living area opens up onto an undercover deck with outdoor setting, barbecue and two outdoor lounges. The outside area is grassed and even has a fantastic cubby for the kids.

The bathroom and laundry are also on this lower level

Both levels have a split system airconditioner for heating and cooling.

If you are looking for a space to hold a small celebration, this property would is ideal for entertaining. Whilst it only sleeps 6, the owner will consider having small functions at the property.
