Please leave the place reasonably clean and tidy by:
1. Cleaning dishes and emptying dishwasher before departure
2. Removing rubbish and placing in the wheelie bins at the side of house. If you are staying on a Sunday night, can you please take bins out to the street for collection.
3. When using the dryer in the laundry please turn on the exhaust fan to help remove any moisture, and clean lint filter to avoid fire risk
4. Secure the place properly by locking the security doors
5. It is a quiet residential area, so please respect our neighbours and keep loud noise to a minimum especially around the pool and after 9pm
