WiFi included for your convenience. Enjoy sitting on the rear deck overlooking the estuary with your family and friends. Direct beach access and walking distance to Sawtells main precinct.

Beautiful place and great location however there were some downsides being a stove that didn’t work, a faulty door into the balcony that jammed and an unsightly black mould stain on the ceiling in the living area.
