Option to rent main house or entire property available - See Magnolia Homestead & Magnolia House listings. Welcome to your modern beachy getaway in the heart of Coffs Harbour. Nestled in a quiet street just a short walk to the CBD, this light-filled, family-friendly home offers comfort, privacy, and convenience. The space features two well-appointed bedrooms, a stylish bathroom, and a full kitchen with everything you need for a relaxed stay — including a full-size fridge and washing machine. Outside, enjoy your own north-facing, covered patio — perfect for soaking up the morning sun or enjoying lazy afternoons — along with a private, fully fenced yard and undercover off-street parking. Located on a shared block, the home is its own separate and screened-off dwelling. Within walking distance, you’ll find the showground, the Coffs Ex-Services Club, Dan Murphy's and a range of local shops, pubs and cafes. The beautiful Coffs Harbour Botanic Gardens are just a short stroll away, offering the perfect spot for a morning walk, family picnic, or a peaceful escape into nature.
