Holiday in comfort on the warm Sawtell Summer nights, Solitaire 1 has both air conditioning and ceiling fans in the main living area, ceiling fans in both bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.

A BBQ is also provided for your convenience and the internal laundry features with both a washing machine and clothes dryer. Completely ground level, this apartment is renowned for its top location - leave the car at home and walk to everything! Patrolled beaches, boutique shopping, gourmet restaurants, RSL club, golf course, bowling club are all just a short and level walk away.
