Enjoy easy access to Sawtell Beach and village from this perfectly located and wonderfully stylish villa.
200 meters walk to the Beach and Surf Club and even less to the village.
Sawtell village is vibrant and alive with trendy cafes, scrumptious restaurants, pubs and clubs.
Close to sporting complexes and venues or take a short drive the many tourist attractions such as the Big Banana or Porpoise Pool.

Fully Ducted Air-Conditioned. Comfortable beds and luxury linens. Hair dryer and hair straightener. Games, dvd’s, stereo and Netflix. Everything you will need and more is provided for you to have a wonderful stay what ever the occasion.

Close walking distance to the beach and cafes, clubs and pubs.

There is a carport accessed by using the back lane. Turn onto Second Avenue and then turn left onto Hillery Lane. The building is called Pacific Sands. Drive in and the carport is the last carport on the right hand side. Carport is suited to small to medium cars. Large cars may find it easier to reverse park. There is also ample free parking directly out the front on First Avenue. Once parked you can walk everywhere in Sawtell.

With advanced noticed of at least one week the two singles can be made into a King Bed.
All used kitchen items to be washed up and put away. Rubbish to be taken to outside courtyard bins. Noise kept to a minimum.
