Overlooking the Alps, the holiday apartment Punta Ceresole 4061 Maison Gerard in Cogne impresses guests with its fantastic views. The 70 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. Unfortunately, this accommodation does not offer: air conditioning. This vacation rental features a private balcony for your evening relaxation.
Three-room apartment of about 70 square meters, located on the second floor, southwest exposure, consisting of a living room - kitchen in which there is a double sofa bed (sleeps 2), bedroom furnished with double bed, bedroom furnished with bunk bed, bathroom with natural ventilation equipped with washbasin, toilet, bidet and shower and large balcony accessible from the living room - kitchen and the double bedroom.
Our house has changed its clothes, it has been transformed! Our family, strengthened by the enthusiasm and emotions experienced in recent years, decided to invest by renovating the house in an eco-sustainable way, preferring the use of natural materials, using renewable energy, insulating the entire property preventing any heat loss in order to ensure high living standards and at the same time allows you to reduce the impact on the environment and contain energy waste. Our house is located in the heart of the Gran Paradiso National Park as an ideal stopover point for summer and winter stays dedicated to sports and relaxation. In order to allow our guests to get to know and thus further appreciate the natural and cultural beauty of the Cogne Valley, officially recognized since 2010 as "Alpine Pearls," our house is also equipped with a charging station for electric cars and e-bikes. For the latter we have an agreement with a rental company in Cogne. In the basement of our house there is a heated and recirculating storage room where our winter guests can place their ski and mountaineering equipment to dry.
