This beautiful 100m² apartment offers a spacious living area and has a pleasant terrace with a dominant view over the countryside and the sea of the Gulf of St-Tropez, as well as access to the residence's pool. It is located in the secure Domaine de Font Mourier, at the crossroads of Saint Tropez (8km), Ramatuelle, and Port Grimaud.

Upon entering, you will find a large living room with a fully equipped American kitchen. You can have lunch or enjoy the sun loungers on the large 26m² terrace which offers a panoramic view. On one side of the apartment is the master bedroom, with a bathroom and a separate toilet, and on the other side are 2 bedrooms and a shower room with toilet.
