It has 6 BEDS per floor - 2 of which are on the sofa bed in the living room. A total of 12 beds.
The finishes and furnishings, very beautiful, on the ground floor are more typically similar to those of a farmhouse. The upper floor, on the other hand, is more modern.
Recent renovation of this villa. Equipped with every comfort, very comfortable to enjoy beautiful beach holidays in full relaxation.
Equipped with air conditioner, outdoor gardens, shaded areas, dining areas ..
The kitchens are complete with cooking utensils and furnishings for dining comfortably. The two living rooms are quite large and livable, the external areas of the wonderful relaxation areas with panoramic views.
The Magnificent view.
Most of the house faces south and sees a glimpse of the sea. Equipped with washing machine and oven, on the ground floor there is also a wood-burning oven for pizzas. Villa divided over 2 floors with terraced outdoor spaces and gardens available for guests.
