Bright and spacious apartment centrally located. In this self-catering apartment there is a southfacing balcony with views of the university tower. There are three bathrooms (three toilets, one with a bathtub and one with a shower). The master bedroom has a king size (180*200cm) bed and the two remaining bedrooms have 2 single beds each. The living room has a sleeping sofa.

Coimbrinha is ideal for families, since upon request, we offer a baby pack with all the comodities needed to attend a baby and child. The baby pack includes a bathtub, high chair, changing pad, cot and toys.

Coimbrinha is a short 10 minute walk from the historic centre in Baixa (Rua da Sofia). Central Celas is just 5 minutes walk from Coimbrinha, where you can find boutique bakery “Venus” and supermarket “Pingo Doce” and a shopping mall/shops. In Coimbrinha you can have a confortable and spacious base to explore the center/north of Portugal and experience all its unique historical, cultural, gastronomic and natural attractions.

Spacious, well located apartment.

This is apartment is well located in Coimbra and we used it as a base to entertain family who were also traveling in the area. We had a sibling who was recovering from an illness and couldn't walk far. She was able to rest there during the day. We were here during a hot spell in Aug. With windows on both sides of the apartment open, it quickly and easily cooled down. Having the use of the laundry machine was also key for us. The clothes air-dried in no time. The only only query we had with the apartment was some strange pipes that had been tapped off, but not removed. As long as there are only adults there, no problem. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Wonderful Apartment

By chance, we happened upon Filipa, who lives in the building and works for the owners, when we arrived. Otherwise, I'm afraid we would have been stranded. The exterior of the building is not as nice as the interior of the apartment, but once inside it is very clean and well appointed. Filipa made us feel we were always taken care of. The views are spectacular. We felt comfortable and safe.
