This lovely apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

The living room features a smart TV and a cozy space where you can relax after a day exploring Coimbra. From here, you have access to a large terrace with inviting outdoor seating and atmospheric lighting—perfect for evening gatherings or a quiet morning coffee.

This space also includes a well-equipped kitchen with essential cookware, utensils, cutlery, and a dishwasher, giving you everything you need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a delicious dinner. The adjacent dining area offers a charming spot to enjoy your meals.

The first bedroom is a pleasant room with a double bed, providing a comfortable setting for restful nights. The second bedroom also offers a cozy double bed, ensuring a peaceful stay for all guests. All beds come with quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathroom offers a soothing retreat with a full bathtub and essentials such as towels and a hairdryer for your convenience. A washer and dryer are also available, making it easy to keep your clothes fresh during your stay.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A bright and comfortable apartment in a peaceful residential area, just a short walk from Coimbra’s historic center. Guests can easily reach the University of Coimbra, Botanical Garden, Mercado D. Pedro V, and the charming riverside area. Ideal for relaxing after exploring the city’s culture, cafés, and vibrant local life.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Coimbra Train Station, is just a 10-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro airport is a 1:30-hour drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

This apartment offers its guests an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
