Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialising in holiday accommodations since 2005.



Finca La Fuente del Pedregal is a complex of four apartments located in the beautiful natural setting of Barranco Blanco, perfect for disconnecting with family or as a couple. You can rent from a single apartment to several places, always respecting the maximum limit of the complex, which provides flexibility to adapt to your needs. Apartment number 4, the protagonist of this advertisement, stands out for its views of the garden and the lower pool, with access through the interior courtyard of the building.



This 3-bedroom apartment offers an elegant and welcoming environment, with double beds that guarantee optimal rest. Two of the bedrooms are connected by a bellows staircase, not suitable for small children, and one of them is attic-style. The American kitchen, well-equipped and integrated into the living-dining room, features a large glass wall that offers a beautiful view of the garden and swimming pool. It also has a spacious bathroom with a shower tray and bathtub, and centralised air conditioning for your comfort.



The exterior of the complex is impressive: over 4000 m² of fenced land with trees, grass and two swimming pools at different levels. The upper pool is shallow with a bubbles area for children, while the lower one is deeper and both are connected by a long built-in slide that promises fun for the whole family, always with responsible use. The pool is available for travellers from April to October, guaranteeing fun and relaxation in the warmest months. Additionally, there is an artificial lagoon that offers moments of peace, boat rides and the possibility of practising paddle surfing. The lagoon maintains a natural ecosystem with fauna, ideal for photography and nature lovers.



The complex has a spacious outdoor dining area with a Hawaiian-style shed wooden structure, equipped with a football table, television and gas or electric griddles to prepare your meals outdoors. This space is communal, so shared use must be respected and coordinated with other guests.



For sports enthusiasts, there is a paddle court with basketball hoops on the front walls, perfect for entertainment and exercise. Access to the complex is easy and convenient, with a final stretch of 2 km of unpaved but safe road, without night lighting.



The natural environment is wonderful and offers cycling and hiking routes, such as the route to Barranco Blanco and the natural lagoon. A few kilometres away, you can visit the Juanar Refuge, a viewpoint with spectacular views of the Costa de Málaga and the Mijas mountain range, accessible by car or bicycle for those who want to explore. In addition, the town of Coín is just 15 minutes by car, with local services, restaurants and supermarkets to make your stay easier.



The apartments are integrated into a harmonious building with the surroundings, with two-pitched roofs and semi-private porches for each unit. All have independent internet connection and modern amenities such as equipped kitchens, full bathrooms and comfortable beds.
