The property has direct and quick road accesses that will allow you to visit Málaga city or the Costa del Sol in less than 40 minutes. Its exterior is a welcoming space, with a furnished porch to enjoy barbecues and outdoor moments. The private pool, equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers, is perfect for children to have fun and for everyone to cool off and relax under the sun



Distributed over two floors, the ground floor offers a spacious living-dining room with large windows that provide plenty of natural light and views of the garden and surroundings. The American-style kitchen, with a rural feel, is equipped and has a separate area for laundry and storage, facilitating organisation during your stay. Additionally, a living room provides you with a private space to rest or telework in peace.



In this floor you will find two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds, both with windows to the outside and space to store your luggage. There is also a bathroom with a shower tray for your comfort.



Going up to the upper floor, you will discover a spacious and open bedroom, without doors, with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower tray. This space maintains a visual connection with the rest of the house through the staircase, which adds a touch of spaciousness and design.



The rural house, with 150 m², offers views of the mountain and the swimming pool, creating a cosy and spacious environment for your rest. It is located in an ideal area for children and surrounded by nature, perfect for disconnecting.

Additionally, it is 33 km from Málaga airport, facilitating your arrival
