The house is located in a rural setting with easy access to Marbella, Fuengirola and La Cala de Mijas, as well as being close to natural spaces such as Barranco Blanco and Juanar Refuge.



On the outside, the property stands out for its privacy and quality, with a fenced pool perfect for children's safety, a spacious porch equipped with outdoor games, barbecue area and options to have fun with ping-pong and table football. These spaces are ideal for creating unforgettable moments with family or friends.



The interior is simple but comfortable, with a living-dining room that integrates a fully equipped American kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils so that you can prepare your meals with total comfort. The television in the living room provides entertainment for all ages.



The distribution includes three bedrooms on the ground floor: one with a double bed, another with two single beds, and a third with a single bed. All have air conditioning, an exterior window, and space to store your luggage neatly. A complete bathroom nearby completes the rest area. Additionally, going up the stairs from the living room, you will find a semi-open space where the younger ones can entertain themselves and enjoy their time.



The location is perfect for those who want to explore the area: a few minutes from restaurants and shops in Coín, 10 km from the Barranco Blanco river and close to golf courses and water parks. It is also well connected with Málaga and its beaches, as well as with the airport and train and bus stations.
