Enjoy the tranquillity of the interior of Málaga in this spacious country house in Coín, ideal for families or groups of up to 8 people looking for nature, space and privacy without compromising on comfort.



This cosy 135 m² dwelling offers mountain views and a perfect setting to rest and enjoy the outdoors. The property has 3 bedrooms distributed across two floors: on the main floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, a bathroom with shower and bidet, a spacious living room with air conditioning, wood fireplace and a fully equipped independent kitchen. On the lower floor there are two additional bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with two single beds) next to a second bathroom with shower and bidet.



The exterior is one of the great attractions of the house: private garden, 40 m² terrace, wood or charcoal barbecue and private pool. In addition, the property has an outdoor play area with football goals, basketball hoop, darts, trampoline and swing, which makes it an ideal option for families.



The accommodation has WiFi, security alarm, mosquito nets throughout the dwelling, washing machine, two televisions (one of them Smart TV), electric radiators and fans, guaranteeing comfort in any season of the year. It also offers a cot and high chair for babies, parking within the plot and spacious outdoor areas where you can relax with views of the rural surroundings.



The accommodation accepts pets upon request, so you can enjoy your holiday accompanied by your pet and share the experience together in the heart of nature.



Located just 3 km from the centre of Coín, you will have supermarkets, restaurants and all services nearby, while the beaches of Fuengirola are about 28 km away and Málaga capital is just over half an hour by car.
