With capacity for 12 people, it offers an ideal combination of rest and entertainment. It has a beautiful swimming pool and a jacuzzi included in the price to relax while enjoying the impressive views of the Guadalhorce Valley. The terrace with garden furniture and the barbecue area are perfect for sharing pleasant moments outdoors.



Inside, the dwelling has three bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, another with two single beds and a double bed, and a third bedroom with bunk beds, ensuring comfort for everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living-dining room is spacious, with direct access to the terrace to facilitate group living.



For entertainment, the house has a recreational basement equipped with video games, pool table, ping-pong, hockey and table football. Fun guaranteed for young and old! There is also a small independent apartment next to the pool with a double bed, kitchen and bathroom, ideal for greater privacy.



The urbanisation offers paddle tennis courts, supermarkets, children's parks and walking areas, all within your reach to complement your stay.
